Health Rights MA Advocacy 2026 Voter Guide
Massachusetts House & Senate candidates who support health freedom
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. These candidates are in contested races and have shown support for informed consent, bodily autonomy, parental rights, and medical freedom.
How candidates were selected
Every person in this guide meets both of these conditions:
- They are in a contested race for the Massachusetts House or Senate on the November 3, 2026 ballot.
- We know they support the principles of health freedom, in one of two ways:
- Candidate survey: Health Rights MA Advocacy sent a survey on health freedom issues to candidates. The candidates marked βCandidateβ below returned it and answered in support of health freedom.
- Legislative record: Incumbents rarely answer surveys, so for sitting legislators we used their record of sponsoring or cosponsoring health freedom bills (listed at the bottom of this page), along with our own experience working with them at the State House.
Not seeing your candidate? This guide only lists people we could confirm. A candidateβs absence does not mean they oppose health freedom. It may mean they did not return our survey.
